Chipotle in Boise!!!
THIS news comes as excitement and saddness for us! We are excited that they FINALLY have decided to put a Chipotle in Idaho, but we are sad because now that it is finally coming to Boise....we have moved to the other side of the state!
So now our quest has upgraded to getting a Chipotle built on the Eastern side of Idaho as well!
We know we aren't the only ones out there that would agree with this desire. We have discovered a facebook page requesting the same exact thing..ha ha. So to all you Chipotle lovers out there...cross your fingers and send your wishes that soon Chipotle will send their yummy goodness closer our way next!
Come on Chipotle...You know you want to! :)

Summer Lovin' of Chipotle
This summer we have actually been able to visit Chipotle more than our usual once or twice a year at Thanksgiving or Christmas.
We spent most of July in Illinois visiting family...so the husband and I got to enjoy the goodness that is Chipotle on more than one occasion. Of course the first visit came before we even arrived in Illinois. In traveling from Idaho to Utah to catch our flight, we stopped at the first Chipotle built in Utah (Bountiful, UT) to have some lunch. The husband was thrilled! I had been promising he would get it at some point for his birthday....he only had to wait a week after...so not too bad!
While in Illinois the husband received a Chipotle gift card...SCORE...for his birthday. He actually would have received two, but one was lost. Fortunately....to make up for not being able to use the lost gift card the whole family got free dinner compliments of Chipotle! Wow they are great! Thanks Chipotle!

Moved
My wife and recently moved to Rexburg and I am closer to Utah where there is 4 Chipotles....thank goodness, still trying to get one here in Idaho, I think its time to send another email....wish me luck
